I don't know if that'll work I assume you don't mean the current tutorial? It only supported vanilla minecraft, so if it had rendered it might have looked weird.

I should know, because I've used the Tutorial seed from the very beginning, and when seed IDs came available, I immediately checked to see what the world looked like, and it was devoid of those builds. We made a Let's Play for Mars Minectaft. If you mean the seed that was in place from launch 1.
